All control inputs to the E-Card is opto isolated to protect the system from high voltage transients in the inputs.
AUTO PHASE CORRECTION
The E-Card monitors the phase sequence change and always operates the Antrieb actuators in the same direction for open, and close as designed through out its life period.
SINGLE PHASING PROTECTION
The E-Card can detect for single phase fail during operation and prevents the Actuator from motoring .

ANTI-HAMMER PROTECTION
The E-Card monitors the torque switches and de-energize the contactors when operated. Further it prevents motoring in the same direction even when continuous open/close signal is present until fresh or reverse command is executed.
JAMMED VALVE PROTECTION
During jammed valve condition E-Card prevents motoring the actuator for a pre selected delay setting during initial opening. The delay time is set through Dip Switch No. 6, 7, 8 (Refer Table in CC O&M Catalogue No.ATPL-MF-CC-004)
INSTANTANEOUS REVERSAL
The E-Card enables instantaneous reversal of the Antrieb actuators without operating the stop switch with a pre defined delay of 100ms
MOTOR THERMAL PROTECTION
The E-Card monitors the inbuilt thermostat of Antrieb actuator motor and prevents motoring the actuator when motor gets over heated.
DIP SWITCH DETAILS
A delay of 5-40 seconds can be achieved during valve jammed condition. (Refer Table in CC O&M Catalogue No.ATPL-MF-CC-002) This facility is provided simple onsite change function.
